I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but the dining options could be improved. The service from the staff was outstanding, ensuring a great level of service. The location was convenient with easy access to nice pubs and close to Heathrow airport.
The hotel is located near some nice pubs with better menus and close to Windsor Centre, offering a quiet stay with easy access to a pretty pub. The service is inconsistent with several staff members, but some work hard to ensure an acceptable level of service. The dining options are limited, with the possibility to upgrade to a full English breakfast, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel offers a very nice BIG double bed in rooms that are kept clean and include tea and coffee amenities. The location is near some nice pubs with better menus and within walking distance of Windsor royal park, making it a great base for exploring. However, there was an issue with a manager's lack of customer service interest, although the rest of the staff worked hard to provide an acceptable level of service.
